The Keystone XL oil sands pipeline project has garnered support from The U.S. State Department, and Gov. Dave Heineman of Nebraska. Studies show this pipeline will create jobs and increase our energy independence without doing any damage to the environment. If we don't utilize this oil then China will, further strengthening their economy while weakening ours. This petition is to request that President Obama approve construction of the northern leg of this project immediately.
