Support Comprehensive Voter Reform

Our Nation is clearly in need of "Comprehensive Voter Reform".
I declare that Congressional Districts must remain static and can no longer be redrawn for ANY reason.
I declare that enough voting locations must be prepared to accommodate EVERYONE who wants to vote.
I declare that Election Day in the U.S.A. should be a National Holiday, and any employer who does not give their workers ample time to vote that day, should give them timely warning to vote as an "Absentee".
I declare that any aspiring politician must use Public funds to run for office at the federal level, and forgo the use of any private donations.
I declare that in the future, Political Ads must only be allowed to focus on their own candidate's merits.
I declare that every voter should receive a "receipt" of their vote.
