Support Congressional efforts to replace the Federal income tax with a universal transaction tax

Created by T.C. on January 03, 2014

Dumping the income tax is a great idea and implementing a consumption/sales tax is a step in the
right direction, but only a step. Consider the next step, the transaction tax.
It is called a transaction tax but it is really a tax on money.
It is different from an inheritance tax, which taxes money as wealth, at a high rate. The Transaction tax eliminates high rates and still taxes the inheritance, but only when it moves as an electronic transaction.

FAQs are available at moneytax.org

The Money Tax AKA Electronic Transaction Tax, Is collected automatically, by financial
institutions every time an electronic transaction clears their institution. There are no
exemptions and no massive, complicated taxforms to file, resulting in very low compliance costs.

No more "gaming" the system.
