Support a Constitutional Amendment banning all political contributions.

To counter the corrupting influence of campaign contributions and PAC money, support an amendment to ban any contribution or expenditure of money, goods or services to or on behalf of all office holders, candidates and political parties at the national, state and local level. To publicize their ideas and positions, office holders, candidates and political parties who demonstrated a sufficient level of support would be entitled to a set amount of free media for statements and debates, and would be paid salaries commensurate with their responsibilities and sufficient to guard against any vulnerability to outside influence.
