Support a constitutional amendment that caps the term of a Supreme court judge at 10 years instead of life.

Created by W.C. on February 26, 2014

The original intent of the constitution in allowing the justices to serve for life or until they retire was to allow them to not be swayed by politics or fear of removal if they did not comply with the wishes of congress or the administration. Setting a cap of a single 10 year term would still allow this but force the mind of the court to move forward with the rest of the country.
