Article 1: Only living human beings are allowed to be campaign donors and donate money to the campaign of someone running for elected office in the United States.
Article 2: A donor is only allowed to donate to the campaign of a candidate that is running for office in an election district or precinct that the donor lives in and, therefore, has the power to vote for. Dontaions to politicians running in other districts or precincts outside of the donor's primary residence is not allowed.
Article 3: Congress shall not limit the amount of money a donor may donate to a candidate's campaign.
