More than 75% of US adults support implementing term limits for members of both houses of Congress (http://bit.ly/13LvSJv). By implementing Congressional term limits, elected officials would be encouraged to make decisions based on the long term interest of the United States, as opposed to their short term electoral interests. We petition you to support a Constitutional Amendment limiting Senators to no more than two elected terms in office, and limiting Representatives to no more than six elected terms in office.
