Initiate and support a constitutional amendment to provide:
1. Only natural persons who are US citizens eligible to vote may contribute money, funds, or anything of value to political candidates and causes. Corporations, unions, associations et. al. are defined not to be natural persons under this amendment.
2. All candidates for Federal office must establish one account to identify all contributions recieved and the donors name and address. All contributions found to not meet the requirements of this amendment shall be forfeited to the US treasury.
