Support Constitutional Amendment that private separate access and influence are forms of corruption and not speech.

Those with a surplus of Money should not be able to buy elections, politicians, or private separate advantage. John Locke's definition of tyranny includes "power"...exercised "for private, separate advantage" and this applies to bribery and other forms of corruption. Money is influence and while it talks it is not free speech because it is not free and it's use for private gain is a form of corruption. It is time to reverse Citizens United and end the corruption of the current court.
