Support Constitutional Amendment to provide 12 Supreme Court Justices and to serve no more than 24 yrs, staggered terms.

Supreme Court appointments are partisan choices, and even Justices will time their resignations to continue a partisan agenda. By establishing 12 Justices on a 24-year tenure, the Supreme Court would still be independent of legislative and executive influence. A staggering of terms insures a more balanced court would reflect the political moderate middle of the US instead of ideologues. The Justices are simply out of touch with moderate Americans.
