Support a Constitutional Amendment to require both a draft and increased taxes to begin a military action over 30 days

Truly this country is being strangled by debt incurred due
to two wars being fought that were begun under false pre-
tenses. The loss of our young people is unfathomable
for such deceptive actions.
Rarely are our leaders veterans nor do they have chil-
dren in uniform, thereby having nothing personal at stake
and having no idea of what combat is. This amendment may
deter such rash action if our leaders could possibly have a
loved-one involved. I propose the draft to consist of ALL
able-bodied adults except pregnant or nursing females
over age 18,without exemption. The citizens in this nation
would not approve such actions.
If we the people are forced to pay upfront for thh decisions
of our leaders,rather than borrow to wage war,our leaders
would be restrained politically.
