Under the 22nd Amendment of the Constitution, the President is limited to two terms for that office. It is time to set limits for Congress as well. I am proposing a Constitutional Amendment that will limit members of the House to 6, 2 year terms(12 years in office) and 2, 6 year terms(12 years in office) for the Senate. Those who are currently in Congress would be exempt of this Amendment until they lose an election or change offices(ex. House member elected as Senator or vice versa).
