Corporations are NOT human beings and corporate rights should NOT be equal to or superior to human rights. There are times when the legal fiction of corporate personhood is necessary, but whenever there is a conflict, human beings should have priority over corporations.
Therefore President Obama should endorse and encourage the passage of a Constitutional Amendment stating that human rights are superior to corporate rights.
(Not sure exactly how this should be worded, but such travesties as Citizens United that put corporations and their money ABOVE human beings should be rendered clearly unconstitutional.)
