We Americans are deeply concerned by the transparent atempts at both the local and state levels to limit or discourage our fellow citizens from excercising their fundamental right to vote. We propose a constitutional ammendment similar to the language below and request the Obama Administration support it's passage.
Section 1
The right of citizens of the United States to vote, shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any state by failure to provide adequate access or infrastructure.
Section 2
The Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
