Support the creation of an International Army

Created by C.G. on August 09, 2014

According to SIRI, a Swedish research center, global military expenditures amounted to 1750 billion in 2013. If only half of the military budgets of the different countries were to be redirected to an International Army, this would mean that that International army would have a budget of 875 billion dollars. No nation in the world would ever have to spend more than half of what they currently spend in military expenses because their homeland security would henceforth be ensured by the International Army. IA would even be more powerful than the U.S. Army. By comparison, U.S. military spending will rise to about 660 billion in 2014. Hence, no terrorist group, including Muslim jihadists, would dare defy an army funded at such a height.
