ALL alleged crimes are currently processed through the same judicial system. This creates an inherent conflict. The Courts and Law Enforcement are both part of the same system. Therefore, a separation between them is necessary to provide true justice.
We are requesting a Tribunal be set up to address ANY alleged abuse, misconduct and/or crime by Law Enforcement.
Simultaneously, we are requesting a National database be created to collect, track and report on any, and all, cases filed. Including those that do not go before the Tribunal.
The database is an absolute because it has the potential to produce actual metrics.
We are also requesting this Petition be sanctioned at the Federal level. It needs the approval of the President to get the proper traction it deserves.
