Since Sept 11, 2001 Police are overworked, poorly selected and suffer from a gambit of mental health disorders due to PTSD, lack of trust or lack of respect in the community towards civilian populations. Along with biases that officers may hold, from racial or ethnic or religious based hate of the people they serve We the people of the United States of America call upon this white house to instruct the, "US Department of Justice", to investigate any and all cases of localized police violence involving the death of local citizens to insure no bias was involved. This will go along way to defusing tensions between the police and the local community they serve. Some will say, this is an over reaction, but tensions are running high and we must defuse them.
