We are almost 15 trillion dollars in debt. Yet the Republican and Democratic parties only want to do one thing to solve the problem. Either cutting spending or raising taxes, but never both. Why aren't we taking drastic measures, like compromising (!), to solve this crisis? This petition asks the President to endorse both solutions.
