If an adult is convicted of two or more first degree murders in any of the fifty States then this person should automatically be put to death. This murderer purposely planned out and executed the life of two other humans and does not deserve to live. Also, this will avoid the over population of jails and stop this person from ever harming another individual again. Therefore, the federal government should put in place a national capital punishment law refering to multiple murders.
