Support defining 'Person' and 'Whoever' solely as Individual Citizens of the U.S.

Given the escalating interpretation of 'person' in United States law to include corporations and privately owned companies; and,

Noting the unrestrained expansion of Constitutional rights, formerly reserved exclusively for individual citizens of the United States, to corporations, and non-profit organizations;

We the People

Petition the Obama Administration should request Congress introduce legislation changing 1 U.S.C. § 1, clause 6 to state,

"the words 'person' and 'whoever' solely include individual human beings"

Additionally, the legislation shall introduce a new clause to 1 U.S.C. § 1 to state,

"the words 'companies' or 'associations' shall include corporations, companies, associations, firms, partnerships, societies, and joint stock companies"
