I would like to ask the USA to support Dr. Cu Huy Ha Vu to return to Viet Nam.
-To make election follow rules in Geneva Agreement in 1954.
-To re-create Democratic and Republic of Viet Nam.
- To create The Third Republic in Viet Nam.
-The President makes an act to repeal the Case Church Amendment.
