To form a more perfect United States and to secure the blessings of liberty for all, the Government of the United States should
(1) support, by any means necessary, the efforts of Texans to secede from the United States;
(2) as soon thereafter as possible, build a wall to separate the new Republic of Texas and the United States; and
(3) install one-way gates in the Texas Wall to allow all other Americans so inclined to migrate to the new Republic of Texas, where the people of the United States hope they will find happiness.
