80% of the world has Constitutional language that protects against sex or gender based discrimination. There are 196 countries in the world, which means that the United States is one of 40 countries that doesn't protect their citizens rights regardless of their sex or gender
It is time that the language that governs our country reflects values of equality, regardless of perceived gender or race.
Help support a revision of the Equal Rights Amendment to include the following:
1. First, that equality under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state regardless of assigned or perceived gender or sex.
2. That Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
