Support that "Every law, or resolution having the force of law, shall relate to but one subject and be titled as such"

Enact legislation requiring that every law or resolution having the force of law relate to one subject and that be expressed in the title.
End the riders (provisions added to a bill having no connection with the bill) that are usually created as a tactic to pass a controversial provision that would not pass as its own bill. These amendments are often put to a bill at the last minute so that an representative voting on it will not have a chance to catch it. Also these provisions can be made anonymously. Its time to bring transparency to Congress.
