Currently, LGBT Americans do not have a fair chance at getting accepted into certain government business development programs because they are not members of a "pre-approved" class of people. This makes it nearly impossible for LGBT Americans to get accepted into these programs.
We petition the Obama Administration to use their executive order authority to include LGBT Americans as members of SBA designated groups, thus allowing FAIR & EQUAL opportunity to these programs.
