The only far income tax is a flat tax that is paid on all income. The tax code should be one page long. There should be no incentives, credits or exceptions.
The income tax should be for the sole purpose of obtaining funds to supply the necessary functions prescribed by the constitution and the elected congress.
The income tax regulations should not be used to manipulate individuals, industries, or the economy. The economy should be controlled by the free market, without government intervention.
