Support a Flat Tax with Optional Social Security and Medicare Programs

Reform the tax code to be a flat-rate income tax with only one deduction based on marital status.

Allow any individual to opt out of Social Security and Medicare. Individuals who opt in will add the entitlement tax rate to the income tax rate.

Gradually reduce Social Security and Medicare benefits based on the year in which an individual is born.

Increase the IRA annual contribution limit to match the 401k contribution limit.

Allow all health insurance premiums to be paid with pre-tax dollars through a Health Savings Account (HSA).

Allow HSAs for all health insurance policies.

Make private health insurance portable across state lines.

Repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
