Launch project to remove cash and coin from American system and convert to secure digital deterrance anti-crime monetary system. This technology exists but must to be be fitted for the purpose of all commerce.
All bussiness and consumers would be positively known for the system to allow the sale or purchase of only legal products. System would be off the internet and seperate unto itself. No cash, gold, silver coin American currency abroad. Infinite savings, long term for cutting the defacit and debt.
Debit cards use no cash/it works.
