Homeless and suffering animals are in every state, every town. About 2.4 million healthy, adoptable cats and dogs—about one every 13 seconds —are put down in U.S. shelters each year. Many of these animals have been abused or have had to starve and suffer trying survive the streets, woods, Everglades, and bayou. To kill them , to foster them or to find them a forever home costs the United States much more money than a neutering program would.
The stream of animals is unending. I truly feel free neuter and spaying would solve this and end so much suffering. The mobile clinics that outreach need to be subsidized. United States needs to lead the World in this Earth problem. If we do not find a permenant solution, the problem will only worsen
Animal breeders should be taxed to subsidize.
