Amendment 28: THE FREEDOM AMENDMENT
1. Preserve the government of the people, by the people, and for the people established by this Constitution
2. No artificial entity will be recognized as a citizen or a person
3. Reestablish the equality of all citizens
4. Contributions for elective office shall only be made by individual citizens
5. The maximum total contribution by a citizen will be 2% of the average income of all citizens in a calendar year including contributions to their own campaign
6. Associations of individual citizens funded under the rules of this amendment will be the only legally recognized organizations allowed to lobby the government
7. Contributions made under this amendment shall be eligible for a 100% tax credit
