Support, fund, protect and improve a US individual inventor and their invention(s): from creation to market in the USA.

Develop policy to safely protect the small individual inventor in the USA giving the inventor ways to develop, fund and improve their inventions within the USA from creation to market. Possibly by paying the individual inventor tax credits (for example, based on the number of job created in the US by the invention, etc.) and/or through tax incentives, etc. for the individual inventor, small manufacturers, and licensing companies keeping business within the USA instead of outsourcing to other countries for invention production, materials, customer service, etc.
