Support Gov. Pat McCrory and do not hold NC's education funding for ransom based on a political platform.

The town of Charlotte, NC enacted an ordinance making all private business owners allow their customers use whichever restroom they identified with. Gov. McCrory helped enact HB2 which says that private business owners cannot be forced into following this and that their bathroom regulations are their own prerogative. The Constitution takes no stance on bathroom issues and therefore that power rests with the States, and the People. North Carolina's education funding cannot be withheld via the Constitution and it should not be withheld based on the belief of a certain political party. Private business owners have the right to do with their bathrooms as they see fit. And We the People petition the Federal Government to stand with Gov. McCrory, NC, and the rights of private businesses.
