Rowan County Kentucky clerk Kim Davis refuses to do the job that the taxpayers of Kentucky are paying her to do in that she is refusing to issue marriage licenses to legally qualified couples. Rowan County clerk Davis has decided that her own bigotry outweighs legal precedent and that therefore she is not bound legally to fulfill the obligations of her office. Governor Beshear should use the full weight of the office of governor to remove Ms. Davis from office and any and all legal recourse against her should be sought.
