Support grassroots efforts to stop Pebble Mine in Alaska.

Big-money mining giants are proposing the creation of Pebble Mine, which would become one of the world’s largest gold and copper mines, at the ecologically pristine Bristol Bay in southeast, Alaska. A recent environmental study has called this mining project “catastrophic”, saying it would devastate the existing salmon runs, environment and local people. The proposed mining project would be located in a seismically active region, where thousands of rivers and streams could be degraded. We need to stand together as Americans as future generations of people and wildlife depend on us to protect their most important legacy -- their land.
