I have been trough a dozen govt., collection agency's. Each one adds on more fee's. Student Loan Justice, are a group that best describes the crimes being committed. Some investors who give the loans, are also involved in the collection process. Conflict of interest I'd say...Bad and unfortunate things happen to good people. Even one's with student loan debt. I've been threatened with jail time and Forced into signing another contract where they doubled the fee's and loan amt. I petition the govt., to stop the predatory practices and give bankruptcy rights to those who qualify. My sister and brother in law, have filed CH. 7 twice, they now both drive new cars. It's a joke to them, I live within my disability checks. Kids signed those papers, adults are putting the screws to them. HR 3892
