Our beloved, son, brother and uncle, Dennis Brian Frantz was murdered on July 8, 2003. His accused murderer, Oswaldo Rodriguez Lanna [aka Eric Von Krupp] fled the United States and traveled to Brazil where he is still living according to PA State Police.
After 13 years of knowing who brutally ended his life, there is still nothing that can be done to bring Oswaldo to justice. Brazil's constitution prohibits the extradition of Brazilian nationals.
This murderer eludes trial unless the Brazilian government, through political pressure, allows U.S. agents to apprehend him.
