This section claims that it is fact that it was shot down by a missile. However, we do not know this and will not until next year.
From my view, I would change it simply to:
Whereas Malaysia Airlines Flight 17, a civilian airliner, is assumed to have been destroyed by a missile fired by Russian-backed separatist forces in eastern Ukraine, resulting in the loss of 298 innocent lives.
I also ask that this bill is supported and farther approved, as the Russian Federations acts are wrong. Aswell as NATO should be ready to defend any of it's members at very short notice, especially the Baltic States.
