Support Human Rights of Black People in Middle East and North Africa

Created by M.M. on October 03, 2014

In North Africa & the Middle East, Black people have long been subject to different forms of discrimination. Constantly persecuted, insulted, abused, assaulted for no reason and treated as the scums of the earth. Blacks in these countries endure a form of virulent racism that African Americans haven’t seen in more than 50 years. they are considered descendants of slaves and labeled “hartani” literally, “second-rate free men”, or even worse, “Abd” which translates to “Slave”.
The Canadian academic Salim Mansur has claimed, “Blacks are viewed by Arabs as racially inferior, and Arab violence against blacks has a long, turbulent record.”
As such, the Obama Administration should support the Rights of black people in Middle East & North Africa to liberty, equality, dignity, security & Justice.
