This petition would request that the administration call for the impeachment of elected officials who propose legislative action that would violate the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution as they took an oath to support/protect and defend the Constitution and many of the proposals being discussed clearly seek to undermine the protections afforded U.S. Citizens by both the plain language of the Second Amendment and Supreme Court decisions affirming the individual right to purchase and possess firearms that have "some reasonable relationship to the preservation or efficiency of a well regulated militia."
