Depends on the new Iraqi constitution, Kurdistan region government is exporting its oil without the federal government of Iraq’s permission. But the problem is that the central government for more than five months have cut the KRG budget. As a result, Kurdish people have bad economic situation, because the central government cut its budget at the same time the USA and central government in Baghdad do not let the KRG sale its resources in the oil market easily. That is why we need the USA to support the Iraqi Kurdistan’s exporting oil because selling natural resources by the KRG is the only way for the Kurdish people to feed their children and develop their region. Also, it is a good chance for the USA to prove for its allies in the Middle East that it does not leave them alone.
