This is to help create jobs as President Obama said in his speech " This isn't about politics its about get our country back to normal and erase this dept", (with emphasis) this bill will not cost anything to the deficit the way many see it for the addition of jobs and tax cuts. The cuts in taxes will go to pay the employees and that will not take nor give anything to the deficit.
