Encourage Congress and the various State Legislatures to pass the following Kevin Youkilis-inspired Constitutional Amendment. Such an Amendment will do America a great justice by making the future a world without people like Roger Clemens.
It states: (1) No baseball player who ever played for the Evil Ones can ever play for the Red Sox; (2) no baseball player who ever played for the Red Sox can ever play for the Evil Ones; (3) to avoid any confusion, the term "Evil Ones" explicitly refers to the New York Yankees Baseball Club and their farm system; (4) grant the Congress powers to pass relevant legislation within the spirit of this Amendment.
