We strongly urge our President and congressional bodies to:
1. Strengthen the existing laws for effective monitoring and safety controls for coal, fracking and oil extraction, especially against degradation of watersheds and other water systems
2. Increase the fines in violation of those laws
3. Preserve and protect for the future people of the earth lands in trusts, designated wilderness areas, national parks, wetlands, and conservation designated areas.
4. Expand our Land management and Research Demonstration sites.
5. Continue to protect the coral reefs and rainforests of the world.
