By the commerce clause of the US Constitution and the 2nd amendment that grants all citizens to bear arms in order to form a state militia for protection of the the state, and citizens, allow all those that have a conceal carry permit to carry in all areas of this Union, with the exception of areas that are a threat to national security (Federal Buildings that government conducts business, with the ability to secure weapons at the entrance). Any area that is NOT secured by federal/state/local law enforcement.
