Whereas the President of the USA continues to thwart the legalization of Cannabis or its reclassification as a safe and effective substance whilst continuing to ingest Nicotine via a chewing gum transport system. Let it be resolved that the President is in breach of the hypocrisy standard for our culture and should immediately demand that cannabis be reclassified as a schedule 3 drug.
