Basically, our treaty, the Land Act, proposes that mixed race people be considered a protected class under federal law. Persons of mixed race heritage need additional protection for genetic reasons.
Because of their increased sensitivity to thermal electric energy, mixed people are able to feel racism and discrimination more intensely than other groups. Those with biological parents or grandparents being interracial, will be given additional freedoms, and cultural protection based on their genetic propensity to feel others.
The Land Act also asks for increased minority sensitivity training for public service departments, like the police and public educators. This training will educate professionals on how to more sensitively communicate, and interact with mixed race people.
