Support legalization of marijuana for conditions including cancer, seizures, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, muscle spasms, severe pain, severe nausea, cachexia, dramatic weight loss and/or muscle atrophy. Exempt physicians, patients, cultivators, and sellers from criminal prosecution caused by the prescription, use, growing, and sale of marijuana for medical use. Block punishment of physicians for prescription by medical boards, private organizations, or governments. Allow cultivation and sale to be done for medical use by any party that is ready, willing, and able, as long as the cultivation is for medical use. Allow licensure and prosecution of any seller/grower unlicensed. Allow taxation of retail sale. Allow coverage as an accepted medical treatment under insurance and federal programs.
