Petition to support the legalization of Recreational Marijuana use. This would enforce that any US citizen may have the right to possess 3 ounces of marijuana legally. They may also smoke marijuana, without a medical prescription, for recreational use.
This petition would legalize marijuana with the correspondence to the following regulations:
- US citizen must be equal to or over the age of 18 -
- Must follow the current DUI law -
- Must be in possession of no more than 3 ounces of Marijuana -
