Support legislation to limit any Federal Employee from receiving any bonus or special awards in excess of $2000.00 per calendar year. Furthermore, pass legislation to criminalize the acceptance of any "perks" in excess of $200.00 per calendar year from any source with criminal penalties for all members involved in such transactions which exceed these thresholds.
