support the legislation pending in congress calling for a constitutional convention to repeal citizens united decision.

Created by M.B. on January 20, 2012

Corporate money corrupted our electoral system and it is imperative that President Obama take a clear cut position on the influence of money in government. Currently pending in the House of Representatives and the Senate is a bill that is calling for a Constitutional Convention to debate overturning the Citizen's United v. FEC decision and to limit the ability of corporations to contribute to PACs. The House bill number is HJ Res 90, the Senate bill number is SJ Res 33 IS. We must remove the influence of corporate money on our elections and encourage informed fair elections.
The President must express his opinion on this important issue.
